The core distinction of our platform is that all encryption and decryption processes occur locally right within your own browser (End-to-End Encryption):

Welcome to our application. By creating an account, activating encryption, and utilizing our services, you (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be strictly bound by the following provisions:
The Nature of Zero-Knowledge Technology
Absolute Encryption: This application implements the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES-256) paired with a Zero-Knowledge framework. All inputs, including spreadsheet contents and synced files, are encrypted locally on your device prior to server synchronization.
Administrative Limitations: The developer (we) DOES NOT possess the decryption keys, DOES NOT hold your passphrase, and lacks any technical capability to access, audit, view, or restore your data.
User’s Sole Liability for Passphrases
The Sole Key: The passphrase established exclusively by the user is the one and only cryptographic key capable of decrypting your stored metrics.
⚠️ Permanent Data Loss: If you lose or misplace this passphrase, all assets across your 100 spreadsheets will instantly transform into mathematically irreversible ciphertext. The developer is completely powerless and cannot restore it under any circumstance. The user waives all rights to claims, disputes, or refunds arising from lost credentials.
Liability Disclaimer Regarding User-Generated Content
Lawful Use Commitment: This application is built strictly as an intellectual and cognitive processing system designed to assist users in navigating hardships and managing crises. It is strictly forbidden to use this system to store, manage, or distribute illicit materials, items endangering national security, defamatory text, third-party privacy infringements, or any other illegal data assets.
Developer Liability Exemption: Due to the architectural design of Zero-Knowledge encryption which renders the developer entirely data-blind, WE ASSUME NO LEGAL LIABILITY for any user-generated text inputs. The user holds full civil and criminal accountability before law enforcement agencies should they choose to store harmful or illicit materials.
